Organized by International Strategic Technology Alliance (ISTA) and hosted by Nanjing University, ISTA Advanced Technology Transfer Workshop: Managing Conflict of Interest in Technology Transfer Workshop was held on 9 May 2019 in Nanjing.

Conflict of interest, many times arising from one party playing multiple roles in the process of technology transfer, is a common challenge for Chinese Industry-University-Research (IUR) coordinators and university administrators. With reference to the best practices from aboard and domestic, this workshop allowed the participants captured the key policies and executional details and provoke discussions on common issues.
