Hosted by Shanghai Jiao Tong University, the First Meeting of 9^th ISTA Executive Committee has been held in Shanghai on 6 May 2016.  

The host applications of the Second Meeting of 9^th Executive Committee (May 2017) by Zhejiang University and 22^nd Annual General Meeting （Nov 2017）by The Hong Kong Polytechnic University were endorsed .

Executive Committee members also had an ardent discussion on the topics of next Knowledge Transfer Management Forum with constructive suggestions.

A half-day Knowledge Transfer Management Forum themed “Navigating Change: Technology Commercialization and University Spin-offs” was held afterwards. The Forum brought together international experts and domestic pioneers of technology commercialization to share their experience and approaches. In the context of the China’s central government boosting “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”, the Forum provided the audience insights and references of developing a robust system with a well-defined approach.

In the order of presentation, the Keynote Speakers are:
